...even stretching yourself a little thin in the process. for those reasons and more I think you deserve to give yourself more credit and to have more self-confidence, though I also respect you for your willingness to talk openly about your self-doubts and insecurities.

I have a lot of respect for what you've accomplished and how good you are at what you do. you're funny and it's nice to listen to you speak. I also appreciate how much care you take to make so many people, including myself, feel welcome and at ease in the spaces you've created...
