there’s an adlib in Lenny Kravitz’s Fly Away that catches me every time. the weakest “yeah!” you’ve ever heard. it sounds like a child won a competition to be a rockstar for a day.

the internets never been homogenous but the culture i knew mostly died around 2020 and everything since has felt like little offshoots of that time slowly fizzling out. there’s maybe one community i find worthwhile these days and its just like 40 people around the world sharing stuff they like.
