Yeah I’m pretty sure this is the one he uses, the Nipponji nib.

I got one by mistake once when i ordered a Saji nib from a shop here in the UK and got this instead.
Its since become one of my favourites and i much prefer it to the Saji so it worked out well aha

Yeah fair enough it wasn’t directed at me, but this is a point I’ve seen directed a lot at vegans in general; thats its a choice we make just to pat ourselves on the back, which is pretty ridiculous.

Im vegan because the modern industrial meat industry is completely unethical and very unsustainable and cannot support that. It’s honestly that simple.

Very true! Though i certainly struggle with the ignoring part a lot of the time aha, but yeah really is the only way to do it
