Sure- so indiscriminately firing into the back of a van that is built to detain immigrant civilians is meant to hurt ICE officers, who frequently wear bullet proof jackets and protection (and probably sit in the front of the van).

How was this an “attack on ICE” when the victims were all detainees? Isn’t this an attack on undocumented immigrants?
