The funding needed for "tech budgets" has been overlooked for too long and sometimes altogether avoided. This topic is infuriating and a big miss. I understand why direct mission attracts $, but there are key critical systems / technology that enable mission achievement and should be sorted first.

Check the National Council of Nonprofits. I'm pretty sure they have.
