Every corner of Pittsburgh favored O'Connor on Tuesday. Most precincts gave him bigger margins than they gave Gainey.

But 89/402 precincts gave Gainey more of their vote in '21 than they gave O'Connor this year.

Corey O'Connor swept all 402 Pittsburgh precincts. His opponent Tony Moreno was able to win 57 precincts in 2021 against Ed Gainey, but was shut out Tuesday. Most of the flips were in southern neighborhoods.

Includes 29 precincts where Moreno got 60%+ in 2021.

An East Deer commission seat is TIED, and there is also one (!) write-in vote. Provisional ballots are not yet counted but wow.

Allegheny County has announced its ballot return and satellite vote locations for the Nov. 4 elections.

Four satellite voting locations open weekend of Oct. 25-26, and nine ballot return sites open Oct 31 and Nov. 1-3. Details:
