Patch schedule + the time it took to release DT puts it around january-february 2027.
If you add in possible delays and holidays and all the press events that happen before the expansion release, spring or early summer becomes a very realistic release window.

I've been watching Speakers of Hydaelyn podcast for years at this point. Their approach to the game is semi-casual so you won't hear any deep thoughts on hardcore content or PVP, but they never ragebait or glaze when it comes to discussion of the state of the game.

At least PSUs are fairly cheap compared to other parts, so it's not the worst part to die out of the blue.
