No, Ford didn't say Carney approved of the ad, he said he saw it...and apparently he didn't think it was the right thing or the right time..now Carney has to continue trying to get a better deal for us despite Ford's sabotage.

Actually, I was a union worker in a crown corporation for 35 years....under Liberal governments we always did fine with an arbitrator..we actually got better than the corporation's final offer on a few occasions.
