Ill save more comprehensive thoughts for when I finish the second season because the story is far from over here but I enjoyed it! It's a pretty tough sell because the fanservice is actually that insanely over the top and frankly not exactly aged well, but overall fun show!

The visuals of this show are wonderful, almost dreamlike and full of bright tones that help set the mood perfectly, whether it be a small moment of Mahoro attempting to live her life as normally as possible, or the over the top fanservice. There's nothing quite like it.

Mahoromatic is about the android Mahoro, who after 9 years of fighting has reached the end of her life, deactivating in a about a year. As her last request, she chooses to live a mundane life as a maid for the son of her former commander, and the wacky adventures that ensue.
