I’ve only seen people mentioning:

Settings -> Accessibility -> Motion -> Reduce Motion

Settings -> Accessibility -> Display and Text Size -> Reduce Transparency (can increase contrast here)

Tried on iPhone and iPad and it felt like absolute crap after. Hopefully I’m just an outlier. I hate it.
