Literally, the smoke from the smoking gun. Would a reasonable person be firing after being grazed by the vehicle and vehicle is driving away?

Here is a screenshot from a video that clearly demonstrates this is NOT a slam-dunk self-defense case. Jonathan Ross was still shooting when he was no longer in front of the vehicle so his life was no longer in danger. Not a slam-dunk self-defense case.
