It’s a farce. Free speech has been increasingly bastardized. Just ask the kids protesting at the universities (example University of Texas). I feel strongly the Paradox of Tolerance, Karl Popper has been the blueprint of our demise. We let the hate speech flow and let them silence protected speech.
