Very likely Cloudflare is correctly flagging your browser as not able to be verified as not-a-bot; it uses a temporary local cookie to do so, so if your browser is blocking it, that would explain the issue.

To start, the APIs will be very limited. But that's mostly going to be done over on the community wiki project: bombcast.com/wiki
More and more I encourage folks just to do reactjs and wrap it in react native unless there's something very specific you need from a native app. For native, Expo is a great starting point and has all the native kit you need ready to go. Source: ~8 years react native.
