This gentleman was the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, in Fairfax County, Va., during the 00's. He allowed our property taxes to go through the roof, Then when the market crashed the County couldn't lower the tax rate. I never forgave him for that. Luckily he wasn't my Representative.....
