It would. Acting in concert with the US Navy's Aegis Ashore radar station in Poland, UKR would stand a dighting chance against Russian MIRVs. The take-away is that Putin so fears NATO weapons, that he has attempted nuclear blackmail. It wont work. He's bluffing.

BUSTED: @visegrad24 reports that the Chinese ship Yi Peng 3 was likely guilty of the sabotage of undersea cables between Finland, Germany & Sweden-Lithuania. Yi Peng 3 was located right over the cables when they were cut at 0800 GMT on Sunday and 0200 GMT on Monday.
