Been a productive weekend of cooking/baking so far. Made some scones yesterday for the first time that turned out really tasty then made baked oatmeal this morning. Got a crock pot full of chili going and making cornbread later. 😋

Northern Lights were visible where I live. Went out to try and capture some good photos of them cuz I’ve never been able to spot them before.

Happy Sunday everyone! Just got off a 24 hr shift and got like 2 hrs of sleep. Have D & D later though so gotta stay awake. Who wants to aggressively pound coffee with me? 😬

Made lemon bars for the first time and they actually turned out pretty good! 😋

Though I will say whoever decided to pair squeezing lemon juice with zesting and cutting lemons was sick and twisted (may have gotten a few cuts).
