Western media is so cooked. If you publish a headline that is insufficiently supportive of the genocidal apartheid state Israel, a *board member of your parent company* will pop on Twitter and say that you're a terrorist sympathizer.

To satisfy a vain urge to find my writing in a bookstore, I found this stack of the summer issues of F&SF in a B&N. I also found a copy of Poets&Writers featuring an interview with Palestinian poet Mosab Abu Toha above it. Illogically, it made me happy to see my writing close to his picture.

Abubaker Abed, who has been forced to cover the ongoing genocide of his people, is a football journalist first and foremost.

The apartheid state of Israel should be placed under an arms embargo to stop its genocidal campaign, and so Abubaker can go back to covering football.
