Hampton Speaks to TalkSport on Underdog Spirit, Penalty Mind Games, and Flinging Bottles
We all know there was plenty of noise about the absence of Mary Earps in the build-up to the Women’s Euros. But anyone who had been tracking Hannah Hampton’s rise at Chelsea would have known the Li…

This little bugger took 2 1/2 hours from starting bedtime to falling asleep. But he did ask to hold my hand through the bars so all is forgiven.

It was an absolute pleasure speaking with Mai Moncaster — it was one of the most thoughtful, in-depth, and honest interviews I’ve had the privilege to be part of. You can read it now over on the @since71blog.bsky.social website.

It would be lovely for Arsenal to beat Real Madrid tonight and make the Champions League final against Bayern Munich, only to lose to a Harry Kane winner. 🤣

I had a bit of imposter syndrome this week after joining The Offside Rule Podcast with Lynsey Hooper and Natasha Dowie, but what an honor!

I had a great time discussing Since 71's origins and our 2025 relaunch after a quiet 2024.

Stay tuned for the episode dropping soon!🎙️⚽

There’s hardly anything to admire about Manchester United men’s side anymore.

The pride of being associated with the club fades more and more with each passing week.

Years of hard work undone by ongoing neglect from the very 🔝 at MK Dons, leaving the staff, players, and fans to bear the brunt of the consequences.

MK Dons Women now find themselves stranded at the bottom of the table, eleven points adrift of safety.

Since welcoming baby number two, I’ve stepped back from coaching football. However, whenever I get a chance to swap my media and communications hat for my boots and work with the matchday mascots at Moneyfields FC Women, I cherish every moment.

It has been a good night for Man Utd fans, with all our rivals dropping points.

When I say rivals, yes, I am referring to Brentford, Fulham and AFC Bournemouth.

I've just read that Sara Sharif's father was assaulted in prison. You can imagine my views on this.

What’s this? Two of my favourites Jake Lambert and George Lewis have a podcast!

I don’t know how I missed this but I am going to enjoy catching up on what I’ve missed.

Two weeks ago Sarah and I began a full #GavinAndStacey rewatch and every moment was great.

The programme captures the era perfectly and for me will remain timeless.

There are people I like following on here but when I see their Liverpool FC Tweets I have to ask myself how much I really want to follow them.

Although I feel the same about my fellow United fans. It’s depressing either way. 😫

It's been an enjoyable trip to Wembley so far. I have to be honest and the United States 🇺🇸 are dictating things and had they been able to call on the trio of Swanson, Rodman and Smith, then I'd fear for the England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 back line.

England need to cut out the misplaced passes asap!

On the train to London, heading to Wembley Stadium to cover the Lionesses 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 as they take on the United States 🇺🇸

I have to admit—despite all my years following women’s football, this will be my first time watching an Emma Hayes team live. Can’t wait!
