Ouch. That sounds a horrible mess and a nightmare for the poor people living there. Companies taking on this kind of project definitely need to be very careful that their subcontractors have the necessary skills to do it. It is complex work.

From the publicity, we’ve had neighbours from other blocks on the estate and from across Tower Hamlets contact us with stories of vertical extensions damaging lives and threats of more of these developments. 3/4
