My mum was a teacher at my primary school and after school when all the kids went home and I had to wait for her to finish work I would spend hours in the school library, by myself, just me and the books. I read every book in that library. It’s like an old friend.
Every single school should have a library & a librarian, to help every single child find the books that will make them readers, and give them all the lifelong benefits of literacy. Libraries & librarians change children's lives FOREVER!

Maybe it’s just me but it seems like Christmas is starting so much earlier this year and I think it’s because people just need some gosh darn joy in their lives right now
