A reminder Japan on-sells more Australian gas to other countries than is consumed on the entire East Coast of Australia.

We don't need *more* gas, we need to tax our gas exports properly

It's not hyperbole to say there will be lives lost because of this decision. Tassie can ill afford this money to be directed away from essential services such as health. Too many times, essential services are cut to pander to vanity projects with pie in the sky promises of financial gains. #politas
