Brazilian & Azerothians

My ideal dream is instead of a draconic form we can have some kind of glyph/option to have wings in visage form to be able to cast most spells, and for "breath" spells we could have some kind of magical dragon like HotS' chromie!

I know visage improvements haven't been promised for evokers but I hope they change their mind or maybe some small adjustments
