this system would allow ten people at once to get at gigabit vs one at a time at 100mb
its just some ways we had ideas to not only do stuff quicker years before anyone else but do them in ways via custom browsers so that no one else could make sense of what it all was

if you are caching stuff on a system like mine your doing it wrong , that would take time and cycles thus slow stuff up
no cache no worry
the backups are the cache of sorts
think today if you had to get 10 gb files
and it had 100 mb and you have gb net
be not smarter to have each of the ten files
no cache no worry

the way this all should be done for security is
ONE offline pc ya get and then hook up said devices
if it needs a update you can use an online pc NOT IT
and get it or such
there should be no device in my home connected direct to the net ever except a pc that has security like firewalls etc.

if any file (and its server went down ) as they were all in redundant triplicate
another would be told to come on line
the neat aspect here was 25 years ago YOU THEN had supper fast speed to get a set of files

ahh i made a protocol 25 years ago that i then used as a kinda file share where each file was in effect a server with its own bandwidth and looked like on one server as if it all was one big ftp server

actually not true cable internet was invented in 90s in canada
and by then you had some decent speeds already
in early 2000s i was using gigabit servers
that most people still had 1-3 megabit or dialup was just cost and roll outs more is all
