Fear Menu #3: Spiral Vegetable Tart

Under the veggies is a hidden layer of cheesecake. I wanted people's initial impression of the dish to be misleading, to confuse their palate with an unexpected dessert, plus I'm riffing on the 'Is it cake?' trend from a few years back #TheMagnusArchives #TMA

Fear Menu #2: Buried Schnitzel & Hangi Root Vegetables

Schnitzel is crushed flat & smothered in breadcrumbs before frying, so I think it fits the claustrophobia theme... And hangi is a Maori cooking method that involves actually burying food underground with hot stones! #TheMagnusArchives #TMA

First up, The Flesh – a homemade KFC double down sandwich modified to resemble a mouth, garnished with a lil' salami rose in honour of Jared 'Boneturner' Hopworth and his garden #TMA

Pan Fried Noodles

Dragonfruit noodles with turmeric shrimp & pineapple spirulina drizzle, representing the pansexual flag. I was going for kind of a 'tropical fruit + seafood' thing, but honestly this one turned out pretty bad, gonna have to take it back to the drawing board 😅

Rainbow Salad

I should update this recipe with all the colours of the progress flag, but making a recipe that accounts for more than a dozen colours is, of course, more challenging XD

Based on the gay masc flag, this taco salad features blue corn chips, honeydew salsa, and blueberry crema

(I try to minimize the use of food colouring in these recipes, otherwise there would be no challenge, but I did have to cheat for the crema)

Sure, an erection can only be USED for sex – but I'd argue that if you're not USING it, it may be non-sexual
