Looks like there is still a fair amount of interest in VR according to the results from this IGN poll.

It did eventually sell decently. I didn't realize it was so much though. It was a really good system.

I guess gaming just wasn't a thing back then, but pardon my sarcasm. The Playstation 2 was selling well, and later the Wii, but I guess sales figures are entirely fictional I get it.

My point is that a REAL friend will always be there, even in your worst moments. You can tell who's real and who's fake only in your worst moments. Friends will always be there when things go well, but genuine friends will be there even when you are at your lowest. Remember that.

Nintendo was at their absolute best during this era, but... nobody cared. They were nice enough to release a free version of Four Swords from the GBA on 3DS, although I can play it, most ignorant a$$holes cannot. Don't complain and b*tch if you cannot play these amazing gems, it's your fault.

I feel if the Wii U and 3DS were more successful, that we'd see a very different Nintendo today. Nintendo stopped taking as much risks and being as innovative because of stoopid consumers. Ya should have believe in Nintendo if you truly were a fan. The Wii U and 3DS were both amazing.

Want a Nintendo DS virtual console? Ya should have supported Nintendo during the Wii U era instead of being a a-hole in the modern era. Guess what? I played Mario Kart DS on my Wii U tonight, and will be playing another digital DS game I purchased later. Stop being horrible people.

I cared for Nintendo at their most difficult times, and as a result, I was able to play remakes and many amazing games on the 3DS that many fans just b*tch about. Why weren't you there for Nintendo during their difficult times? That's not how a friend should act.

Nintendo should never ever rereleaae Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, Ocarina of Time, or Majora's Mask. Why? Because nobody cared when Nintendo was actually trying. You idiots deserve nothing, because you never cared when Nintendo needed you to care the most. That is the lesson you need to learn.

The 3DS is a great example on how people stop caring when nobody bothers to pay attention to someone being at their best. Now, we have the Switch and Switch 2, which can barely compare to what my personal 3DS can deliver. Want themes? Want an OoT remake? You should have bought a 3DS.

This statement relates to how much effort some older games actually required. Like, although I play retro games, I don't feel the need to become proficient at them, and instead just enjoy them for what they are. I don't feel I need to master them, I'd rather just enjoy them.

Least to say, I don't just watch video game documentaries on a game's evolution over time, but I also enjoy experiencing it first hand by playing through all the games in a series, such as Mario Kart this evening. It stoves more appreciation as you really realize how far a game has come over time.

I still remember when the original Toy Story movie released thinking that video games could never be this animated. Now, we can play many video games which are animated exceptionally better, in less than a lifetime. I don't think any generation before us has experienced such evolution.
