Chronicling the rise and dangers of right-wing extremism since 2021.
Please be careful with your words. This is how Trump and even mainstream media are twisting them.

Of course, this is how Trump is characterizing it.

This is where words fail cautious media. Trump didn’t fire the bird flu workers “accidentally”. He fired them “indiscriminately”. They’re not “trying to reverse” it, they’re “scrambling to fix it”. And the USDA isn’t to blame for the screw up, Trump and DOGE are.

Musk retweets: “Judges can’t control the execute branch - It’s illegal.”

Actually, judges checking the executive branch is an important part of the constitution. Musk is lawless.

Musk want to end the Federal Reserve.

US policy is now being shaped by Musk's experience growing up in South Africa during the end of apartheid. Trump is cutting off aid to South Africa over their, in Trump and Musk's view, anti-white policies.

1 of 2) Musk posts documents claiming that Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services received over $600 billion in December and January, and that DOGE is stopping the “illegal” payments.

a) The numbers are almost certainly a lie, made up to justify calling the payments illegal.

Jesus Christ. The summary given by Grok, X’s AI, is also telling this lie.

Musk contrasts hiring people with severe disabilities, like blindness, deafness, dwarfism and missing extremities with hiring competent people. Also, the FAA employs 45,000 people and hired 53 people with these targeted disabilities in 2016.

NYTimes: The clash reflects an intensifying battle between Musk and the federal bureaucracy … Musk has sought to exert sweeping control over the inner workings of the U.S. government, installing longtime surrogates at several agencies

Here’s an example. This type of messaging discipline is part of why we lost and they won.

Dems should have spent the last four years saying on every channel and podcast: “COVID was Trump’s fault. He even wanted it to spread. No pandemics started under Biden. Competent governance matters.”

Did Zuck think groveling was going to win him Trump’s respect? This is why caving to the dictator is never a good strategic move. All it does is show them you’re weak and can be bullied more.

Be clear that when Chris Rufo says they are firing DEI employees, he means this: anyone who is not a white, straight, Christian male will be presumed to have been hired on the basis of their race, not their merits. People will be fired simply because they are not white, straight, Christian males.

Chronicling Right-Wing Extremism is excited to join Bluesky. I’ve been documenting the rise and dangers of right-wing extremism on Facebook since 2021. I’m growing increasingly concerned about Meta and their platforms, so I’m trying to build a presence here.
