I have a lot of health issues including Fibromyalgia and Multiple Sclerosis. I crochet as a hobby and as a way to try and keep the dexterity in my hands. I have 4 cats who are kids to me and an amazing husband who has seen past my health issues.
I used to use both for sleep and with managing pain related to several on going health issues. I can't anymore because of my job. Hopefully this helps! CBD does take some time to work. Most people dont see any benefits for a couple weeks.
