Planning for major arc

Carlos finally has enough money to fix up an old, busted phone of his. “Haha, now I can look at all the old bad art I used to make and see how better I got!”
And he winds up in his gallery [I imagine, like me, he uses canvases for multiple artworks + likes to take wip photos] and he innocently looks at funny images from people he was friends with back in school. That is, until he stumbles across a photo with someone from his past
The mood is immediately soured [if he’s showing someone else his photos, he immediately absconds] and he withdraws into himself while going down memory lane. He goes back to the beginning [establish character is transgender?] and scrolls and scrolls, and we see him and this person grow until a younger Carlos is alone, and by then he turns off his phone.
[ALT ENDING: It devolves into photos being taken of the other person stealthily, as if they weren’t looking. It devolves into the last one being a blurry image, and Carlos remembers how his phone broke. Include scene where this person is telling him to stop and they break it out of self defense.]
Dismayed, he puts his phone down and goes to sleep. [Imply that he was scrolling in the evening? ![THE DREAM
Carlos is walking through an empty version of his old school. Have various things around the school look unbelievable, to suspend disbelief. Or maybe make it look the same so this next thing is regarded as more important?
Inside of the art corridor [or theatre if applicable] have a younger version of Carlos encased in ice, the same as in the end of the photos. The ice blocks off this area of the building. He probably doesn’t see a person in it yet [permafrost? Blue ice?] but this kicks off a reoccurring dream where he finds himself in the same spot, watching more and more as the ice melts and he sees his younger self inside. Its unconscious at the beginning, but as the weeks go on it looks back at him, and inevitably it vanishes from the ice. He doesn’t get those dreams anymore.

Dom: [Carlos is sitting in a public area, it is clear that it’s a later time of night but it’s not a completely dead atmosphere. He is disheveled and obviously looks like he hasn’t been taking care of himself. He is holding a cigarette. He directly addresses the viewer.]
CARLOS: Ok, I got one. I walk up to a trans lesbian polycule-
CARLOS: No no no, wait. At least two of them are bisexual.
CARLOS: So I walk up to a trans *sapphic* polycule and I ask, which one’s June, which one’s Vriska, and which one’s Terezi?
