On International Men’s Day I wanted to share that I recently had a medical circumcision due to lifelong phimosis. Mentally it has taken more out of me than physically. Apart from my immediate family I haven’t been able to talk about it as there is still so much stigma around male conditions.

In this day and age there’s no justification for such a truncated cast recording album. 10 songs is insulting, especially as 2 had already been released. The vinyl will be the same selection. Another example of vinyl dictating other music formats.

I’ve purchased a SAD lamp in an effort to get through the endless dark mornings. When I do WFH it’s hard to get proper daylight and it seriously affects my mood.
