Talked about this starter with the author of the original CraftQL plugin today, he said he’d be interested in seeing some type safety on the queries.

I might play around with a fork at some point over the holiday weekend.

There's a learning curve for sure, but I've found Vue easier on my brain than React — and the Nuxt ecosystem is *great*

Totally get it! No criticism intended, just poking around to see what ideas I could pick up. Recently launched a rather large Craft-backed Nuxt site so I'm always keeping an eye out for improvements
