I wouldn't be shocked if some of these ICE agents are Proud Boys (because they are probably both tbh), but assuming these people aren't agents feels like giving ICE a pass it doesn't deserve.

Maybe, but actual ICE agents behave this way and we need to recognize that. We can't act like this is abnormal behavior when this is exactly how they've been empowered to operate. We've seen local police do the same: cover their faces, cover their badges, terrorize (mostly black) people.
