Book #14 of 2025… 5/5 stars. Not because of literary merit but because it was exactly what I needed. Light hearted and poignant, made me laugh out loud and cry a little, predictable and surprising, took me away from this world for a minute and made me care a little more at the same time.

Book #12 of 2025… I didn’t know I was loving this book until I came to the end. 4.5 stars. Beautiful descriptions of the Western Slope of Colorado, beautiful story, and a piece of history. Wonderful book.
