The key words are “qualified recipients”. Who decides this? I don’t trust the new admin to not have a ton of discrimination in their qualification.

Eggs are always free for me… free plus the cost of feed which is going to skyrocket when the majority of agricultural workers are gone and crops sit and rot. I should probably raise my prices now to offset future negative margins.
