This was the plaque she was awarded to commemorate the occasion. (Mum’s on the right.)

Is it OK if I celebrate my mum’s outstanding contribution to women’s service? She served in the Royal Air Force in the 50s, and represented the service in Skill At Arms (Target Rifle, .303) against the other forces.
