I take cetirizine (generic for Zyrtec). Takes a couple hours to really kick in, but lasts for a full 24. Of course, not every medication works for everyone, but I’ve been using this successfully for years. But when the weather gets cold and rainy, I run like a faucet too, even with the cetirizine.

As a direct descendant of John and Priscilla Alden, I used to come unglued when someone confused Pilgrims (as in “the Mayflower Pilgrims”) with Puritans. But now I know that history, as we were taught it, is a far cry from the messiness that is reality.
