Though I like Renamon and Krystal and other classic furry waifus, I've never actually interacted with their media, so I can't consider them "favourites."

I get why they redesigned him - the original was fairly generic other than the "hair is now spines" part, and s2's design is more Eastern-inspired. But like... the way they essentially kept his hair just hair bothered me so much that I dropped the show despite s1 literally being my furry awakening.
