19 days ago I made a post about my struggle with depression. Today I had my 1st therapy session. I cried to another grown man and to be quite honest, it felt so damn good to hear someone tell me that “it’s okay”. We really need to end the stigma associated with mental health and men crying.

Depression is real. It can literally control your life. I’ve been struggling a lot lately. Life is overwhelming as hell. Adulting is overwhelming as hell. I’m not suicidal, at all actually, but damnit I need a reminder that everything will get better. How do I find that spark again? 😢

Every once in a while, someone comes along and reminds me that humanity isn’t lost. That there are still good people on this planet that genuinely cares for others without expectation’s.

My mom ate an ENTIRE meal on Thanksgiving!! She had esophageal cancer, beat that. Then endometrial cancer, a hysterectomy took that out, or so we thought. Now stage 4 endometrial cancer that has spread to her lungs. She’s a fighter. Her strength is empowering to other women & this makes me so happy!

With all the nuclear war talks, perhaps we may not have to deal with Trump at all in the future. It’s sad to know the people of Earth would rather totally destroy one another than coexist. I hope on day our planet will truly know peace.

I just accidentally opened up X thinking it was BlueSky and was like “what the hell? This person is full of shit!” And then realized it was X. So glad I made the switch. That place is trashy.
