If you’re familiar with the bioRxiv version, you might still appreciate some new data, including what we think is the first tuft cell proteome dataset and additional models/exps. supporting the unexpected function of tuft cell IL-17RB in regulating IL-25 availability.

I rather think it's time to get rid of the concept that F4/80hi cells in the fetus are the same as mature tissue macrophages in adults. That caused enough confusion in the past. With a slight, but important modification I agree: "the majority of fetal(!) macrophages were not fetal monocyte-derived".
