If you're building a Laravel application that needs a forum embedded in it, are there any good options?

I know about Flarum and Waterhole, but they're both (correct me if I'm wrong) intended to be their own standalone thing, not included in an existing app.

Back at using the @spatie.be laravel data package in my Inertia React app. This is so powerful 👏

Saying goodbye to my first guitar 😥

I got it 26 years ago when my friends and I decided to start a punk band—none of us knew how to play or what the next decade would bring. Forever grateful for the memories and the music! 🎸✨

It is also my first time using Wayfinder from Laravel
@joe.codes 👏

I found it interesting that you can use invokeable controllers for getting the URL of a route 😮

Decided to go with the DB solution since I dont have to mess with all the routes. So far I like it.

I'm working on my first pages and react components and Inertia end point tests ✌️
Played with a simple solution using the team slug from the URL + Laravel Context to set the current team. It works and is very clean.

Still wonder if storing the current team on the user in DB would be a more robust solution like Jetstream does it. What do you think?
What do you use for simple multi-tenancy (one database) these days in Laravel?

Do it yourself or use a package?

Btw, I like to start implementing big features with a failing end to end test.

From there I need to think about the migrations, models, providers, etc I need to implement teams in this app.

There is no better concept that TDD for implementing such big features 💪
It is really nice how @pestphp.bsky.social browser testing also stores you a screenshot to check the UI that has been tested 👏
