I find the best way to counter the big steam installations, is by having a server drive that is connected to an ethernet network.
If that has all the games installed, it transfers across the network instead of throttling, without interrupting. That said it's a bit overkill. 😅

Sometimes! But It also involves discussing potential conditions with a doctor, listing them down and testing.
It's not easy all the time either. I had a doctor try to tell my mother that I had phantom pain. My grandmother was a double amputee so was well aware of the term.

The true saying of "Do your research." Should be Yes, do your research and work with professionals to solve your problems.
