I'm no lore expert but Ahsoka thinking she is not a Jedi is related to the old way of things, as Luke comes forward he becomes a Jedi without those formalities, I'm guessing Ahsoka will come to similar conclusions. Or LFL is using Jedi as a way to hook viewers?
