Temporarily raise film tax credits to ridiculous levels. The film industry isn’t doing well down there either, and they’ve been coalescing over the fires, so.. go for the jugular while it’s exposed. Take as much filming away from them as we can. Builds jobs here without any tariffs at all. #elbowsup

It's a reference to the great Gordie "Mr. Elbows" Howe who punished those that messed with his team.
