That picture definitely is from a time when the Nazi government was unstoppable. The earlier SA brown shirts were not literally masked but usually appeared in such large numbers no one in particular could be made out. The one thing you deliberately chose to ignore here is that the people in the video didn't have one information that you have: that the guys with guns in front of them were in fact ICE agents - what, if you go back to the video, would make you assume that in the situation? 1/2
