I'm such a fan of using the tools of narrative to investigate and rewrite internal stories and belief systems, and I especially love the use of archetypes. That's because archetypes are simple + universal while not being constrained by the limitations of ego.

I rushed through it the first time and it was honestly exhausting. Now replaying I’m taking my time and luxuriating in all the excess. That + the fast forward button is helpful to get through the story bloat.

I think it’s why all other things being equal, nothing rivals sci fi. I was just at the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle and it was awe inducing to be in the sci fi hall of fame.

Do you mean the prosperity vortex? Lifes work, vocation, culture, pearl? I've spent a lot of time both contemplating this and trying to solve it like a puzzle. I love how the relationships between the keys brings new iterative understandings. It is kinda like a vortex.

Haven't heard of 5Rhythms! Definitely, compassion / forgiveness (or just the pure frequency of love) are ways through the shadow. I love the coherence of seeing a dynamic on a spectrum. I.e. everything can be serving or non-serving.

Whenever I read the shadow it helps facilitate this compassion.
