There is an actual definition for government that you are missing. Any form of governance other than complete anarchy would be a government, if it’s governing a state. It’s the definition of government.

Hilary Clinton has mentioned the gender pay gap is largely due to child rearing. Chad seems to agree.

I believe women in middle management actually get paid more but large inequality exists in specific industries and in edge cases like c-suites and access to investors.

But most jobs are on par, is my understanding.
