I can't express enough how much I love @pauldateh.bsky.social's portrayal of Gojo. This episode is a hugely important one for Gojo's development as a stronger and more confident person, and a precursor to what we see in what I hope will be a S3 that arrives super soon

I had a lot of speculation about this scene in the manga when I first read it. What is Gojo feeling? Why does he seem so conflicted? Is he upset because he's viewing Marin as just another doll that he's working on? A huge, stressful setup that we won't see a payoff for this season

The level of focus and care we see in Gojo applying Marin's makeup is my favorite part of the entire arc. His experience with dolls has let him excel at Marin's makeup, and working with Marin improves his skills with Hina dolls

Kill la Kill - Finally watched this thanks to watch parties and really had fun with it. Definitely takes a little to get going but it truly is the Studio Trigger pedigree in the best way. Not for everyone but I liked it a lot

100 Girlfriends S1 - I binged S1 to be ready for S2 but I ended up enjoying this more than I expected. diving headfirst into the romance genre has allowed me to appreciate series like this a lot more than I would have even a year ago
