Completed a whole month of working out every day for 30 minutes. Hoping to keep the momentum into February!

I set a goal in 2024 to workout for 30 mins each day in January and I have kept to it! Most days I’ve walked, some I’ve skied, there’s been some yoga and Pilates and I’ve started running again too. I’m going to see how long I can keep the streak going beyond this month. Post-run beet face ⬇️
