Burkinabè soldiers & allied militias carried out large-scale operations in Solenzo, reportedly killing dozens of civilians, mainly ethnic Fulani. These forces must cease ethnically motivated tactics to avoid escalating grievances between communities, as well as fueling further retaliatory violence.
