Love sunny, warm September days in Germany.

Went on a middle school field trip. We could see France, Belgium and Luxembourg from the viewing platform at the site.

Spring seems to have arrived in Germany. The pollen has definitely arrived.

A weekend away from social media with some sunshine and delicious gelato is just what I needed.

Beautiful. I’m in Nice. I’ve been staring at the Mediterranean and have (practically) eaten my body weight in cheese, bread and chocolate. Feeling well enough to go back to cold, cloudy Germany.

Missing my sister and riding this trail together. Maybe in June.

Went out to dinner with friends. The description, translated from German, said it was hot, which I thought meant spicy but I was wrong. 😂

I went to a “Soup Soirée” tonight. 12 different soups to try. Everyone brought a muffin tin so a little of each one could be tasted!

Went to Luxembourg for lunch on Saturday. While we were trying to make up our minds, the waitress told us to try the homemade pasta, “You will not regret it.” She was correct. Yummmm.
