Ive been a Mortgage Underwriter for most of my 31 yr career. Never approved a loan for anyone who was not legally here. why? Bank rules. amoung the things checked besides your credit, SS#/TAXID... is evidence of legal residency...It is a guideline for every type of mortgage that banks fund. Such BS

Im a mortgage underwriter... only people with legal residency can qualify for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Non conforming, USDA, HELOCs, etc. Etc. Loans... when is some reporter gonna just stop them and say wait, what...not even possible my dude and call Bullshit???
